shopping list for we got this clean eating 02/01/13-02/10/13


10 DAY SHOPPING LIST FOR CLEAN EATING GROUP

MEAT
Chicken breasts
lean ground chicken
Lean ground turkey
turkey bacon

VEDGETABLES
sweet potatoes
tomatoes
fresh vegetables usually broccoli , cauliflower, peppers, onions
avocado
cucumber
your favorite greens such as spinach romaine or mixed field greens try not to buy the prepared stuff

FRUIT
banana's
apples
Berries such as blueberries strawberries or other berries that you like.
grapes
no sugar added apple sauce

GROCERY
Quick oats
natural sweetener such as honey, agave nectar or real maple syrup
coco powder
Stevia
salt free spices such as Mrs Dash
coconut no sugar added
almonds or other favorite nuts
apple cider vinegar un-strained such as Mrs Braggs
raisins/craisins
hummus whatever flavor you choose read labels and try to find the brand that has the least ingredients

DAIRY
Non Fat plain Greek yogurt
Non fat vanilla yogurt
Eggs

BREAD
whole-grain bread such as Dave’s Killer sprouted wheat bread or Ezekiel bread
whole wheat tortillas
