FAVORITE APPLESAUCE
COOKIES
½ cup of unsweetened coconut milled
until it is fine almost like flour (I do it in my bullet blender)
½ a cup of nuts milled
until they are fine almost like flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp of slightly chopped
nuts
1 cup quick oats
1 cup raisins/craisins I do
half and half
½ cup applesauce
unsweetened
½ cup of nut butter
2 whole eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
Cream the liquids together
add all the dry ingredients and mix to incorperate
bake in 375 oven for about
10 minutes for small cookies (tsp size) 12 minutes for medium cookies
(tbsp size)
