Crispy Edamame
1 12 oz package frozen shelled edamame
(green soy beans)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees place
edamame into colander and rinse under cold water to thaw and drain
Spread the edamame beans into the
bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and drizzle with olive oil cheese and
salt and pepper
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is
crispy and golden about 15 minutes.
Roasted Broccoli
Olive oil
½ lemon
1 clove of garlic sliced
Kosher salt
Black Pepper
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees cut your
head of broccoli into florets (not to small)
Toss all the florets with olive oil
Place them on the pan sprinkle them
with salt and pepper
Roast at 400 for 20-25 minutes
Take the broccoli out of the oven and
squeeze the juice from the lemon over all the flourets
